Driftwood function band

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Laura and the other members of the band. We had a brilliant Christmas party, one that will be remembered and talked about for some time. Everyone was on the dance floor - there is nothing better than live music! Thanks once again.

Thank you to Laura and the rest of the band for putting on a great performance at our 50th Anniversary event.

We had about 200 staff attend the evening event and the band catered for all tastes, with a great selection of hits for young and old alike. It was great to see so many people up dancing and enjoying themselves after the days events - Driftwood pulled out all the stops and were great fun to watch and very professional.

Superb vocals, and a great group of musicians - thoroughly entertaining and value for money. I would strongly recommend Driftwood to anyone looking to book a band for their corporate event, and would definitely book them again!

Dear Laura

A big thank you to you and the band for providing superb entertainment for our party, you made the evening extra special.

We had approx 140 guests in the end and the comments we have had were nothing but praise for the quality and range of music and how professional Driftwood were as a group. We wanted familiar up beat varied music all evening to cater for a wide range of people and ages... and you delivered just that.

I will definately be spreading the word at work and with all our friends and family. Our guests were very impressed so hopefully there could be a few bookings in the future for you. I know the club manager was impressed so hopefully we will see you there again soon.

You can't beat a live band and you guys delivered a quality evening enjoyed by all. I have a few projects for 2011 and will certainly be in touch again!

Retirement party - Horsham - West Sussex

We booked Driftwood for an evening band where there was going to be a mixed audience from 17 to 70. We asked them to play a selection of music that would suit all ages and that was what we got. A great range played with style and which got everyone to join in with the dancing. It was a great evening and we would recommend them to anyone. We would certainly have them back. And what's more they set themselves up completely unobtrusively and disappeared just the same. Thank you Driftwood.

The variety of music went down really well with all of our guests and we had so many comments about how good you were - my Grandad was right up there boogying at one point - the most active I've seen him in a long time. Mike and I were really pleased that you could perform our first dance song and also let Jaz sing - that was such a lovely surprise!

A big thank you to you and the rest of the band for creating such a wonderful atmosphere which made my 50th birthday party such a memorable event - it was a great night enjoyed by all. John and I have had some lovely comments about the party from people who attended and about the band in particular, so thank you.

Thank you too for all the personal touches - singing some of my favourite Cliff songs, especially Ocean Deep which was beautiful AND I am delighted with my 50th birthday card from Cliff - what a lovely surprise and well above and beyond the call of duty - I will treasure it.

We will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family but I think that those that were there have already been won over so hopefully there will be some more business coming your way in the future.

50th Birthday Party - East Grinstead - West Sussex

Thanks to Laura and all the Driftwood guys for making my wedding reception so special last month. The guys played a great range of music to suit all ages and were more than happy for us to pick our favourites from their repetoire - 'We Are Family' in particular! They even found time to learn 500 miles by the Proclaimers for a bit of fun. The choice of preshow and interval music was excellent too.

Well done Driftwood, a great party band with great sound mot too loud! I would certainly recommend them. Certainly beats a boring DJ and also provided a great focal point that the non-dancers amongst the guests were happy to watch.
